What age children can participate in AWANA?
At King Spring, any child between the ages of 3 (must turn 3 by Sept. 1) through 5th grade can participate in AWANA. Our Puggles class is for children under age 3 with brothers or sisters also involved in AWANA.
Do I have to be a member of King Spring?
No. Our AWANA Club is open to any child who would like to participate.
Is there a cost involved in AWANA?
There is a registration fee of $25, which will be used to purchase a child's uniform, curriculum, etc. However, scholarships are available so that financial difficulties do not inhibit individuals from participating.

What will my child learn at AWANA?
In the Bible study and missions moment portion, children will be presented with the gospel through various teaching methods, as well as information about those who share the gospel with others around the world. Handbook time provides small-group interaction, recitation of scripture that kids learned during the week, friendship-building opportunities and time for leaders to mentor children and help them understand the Bible verses they are memorizing.
When does AWANA start?
AWANA resumes each year on the first Wednesday following Labor Day and it runs through the school year. Children may join at any time!
